You know you'll find a blistering selection of interesting wines, but you should also know you'll be enjoying terrific modern European cuisine with more than a nod to the flavours of the Mediterranean. Cantina Vinopolis Reviews

I took my parents to Cantina Vinopolis for my mother's birthday and we were very impressed. I was determined not to scare my country folks with London prices and the TT deal was incredibly good value for money, especially considering the quality of the food. The service was mixed, but the couple of mistakes were dealt with so politely and efficiently, it would be churlish to criticise. The incredible vaulted ceilings generate a buzzy atmosphere recommendable to Londoners and tourists alike

Really like this place, but it never seems to be as busy as you'd expect. Varied menu and as you'd expect great wine list with really helpful waiters. Portions huge! Not cheap but much better value than some of the other places round the market. Would recommend.

We were a party of 6 for a birthday dinner on a Monday night. The ambience was just right, the staff were very attentive, polite friendly helpful. The meal was absolutely delicious, everyone was very pleased with their choices of food and wine. We all came away feeling very happy and full. This is my second visit and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The food was great. The restaurant seemed to lack a bit of ambience as it was quite empty. But all in all, we all enjoyed the meal and wine.

Perfectly decent food, well presented, but not particularly memorable. Highlight of our visit to Cantina Vinopolis was - as you'd expect - the fabulous wine-list.

Cantina Vinopolis was exactly what we wanted after spending the morning at Bourough Market. We were made to feel very welcomed. Gread atmosphere. Great wine list. Would certainly return.

The service was excellent at Vinopolis. The Salmon starter was outstanding, and the lamb stake was not bad at all either. The rstaurant is one big open space and to start with we were the only ones there and it felt very empty. It warmed up strongly though and it was a very good lunch!

Lunch at Vinopolis - fairly quiet for a Friday. Went for the TT deal - 3 choices per course - starters of Beef Carpaccio and Sqiud well cooked and presented. Mains of chicken and Salmon good too. Excellent choice of wine as you would expect and good service. Always tempting to stay on for a few more wines here.

The Cantina Vinopolis was one of the best experiences we have had in London. We ate after the wine tour which was great fun. The atmosphere and ambiance in the vaulted space under the bridge was special. The food was really good. Our starter which was goat cheese and onion tart was just amazing and our main courses of Calves Liver and Swordfish were also good. We will be going back the next time we are in London.

We had an average evening meal at Cantina Vinopolis using the TT 2 course meal offer. The service and wine was brilliant, the food was fine it tasted good enough but didn't leave wanting more! So probably won't go again but it was a pleasant evening in all with a lovely ambience.

Set menu at Vinopolis was good value, but wine list was expensive. Good service, especially the wine waiter.

the food at Cantina Vinopolis was delicious, even though the special £15 menu only had a couple of choices we were not dissapointed by what we ordered. would definately go back, yum!

The cantina vinopolis is the only place where I have arranged a meal for my team and not one of them has complained! In fact they all gave glowing reviews. The food was perfectly cooked and absolutely amazing. It's just a shame that none of us could managed the fabulous looking puddings that kept passing by our table. My boss is now trying to figure out if we can cancel our xmas lunch and come here instead!

we had a great meal at Cantina Vinopolis. Food was great value as was the wine (we had a 3 course menu for £19.95). The only thing which let the restaurant down was the heavey smell of cooking oil which seemed to linger in the atmosphere. It would stop me going back there again though.
