Description of Gatti's
Lunching or dining at Gatti's is a satisfying experience, from the warm welcome through the delicious high-Italian cuisine right through to the coffee. The location can't be beat for City lunches or more intimate after-work tete-a-tetes, and the service is discreet and professional. What's cooking: pastas in the classic vein, like spaghetti napoletana or paglia e fieno, and fish dishes like scampi alla Gatti with garlic, mushrooms and white wine sauce. Daily specials, very international wine list.

This was my second visti to Gatti's - we went at 12.30 and it was not as busy at the last time I went (1.30pm). It filled up fairly quickly and the atmosphere is much better once busy/bustling

When we arrived to Gattis the staff went out of their way to make this experience feel special. The food was very nice and certainly tHe the dersert trollley was very nice with an offer of seconds but none of the party could manage seconds

I booked Gatti's for a lunchtime business meal\ meeting for 2. At 12.00 is was empty as you would expect, but filled up by 1.00pm and the atmosphere was good. And despite my initial fears, quite easy to talk business without being overheard. The food was good without being standout. The service was though very efficient and friendly. We had the Top Table 2 course special which made it better value; drinks were expensive and £1.50 cover charge pp was unexpected. Useful but not one of the best.

Had enjoyable business lunch at Gatti's. Was a bit crowded for Monday, but service was not compromised. With attractive lunch offer of 19.95, it was most worthwhile.

Gatti's is very old school business mens club. Starter was fantastic, duck main was awful. Service is slow, but waiters were very friendly. Dissapointing.

I asked for a table that was quiet so we could discuss commercially sensitive business and arrived to find they had provided us with a small private room. Totally unexpected and a pleasant surprise that made the lunch perfect.

Gattis food was excellent. Only downside was that it was a Friday evening and apart from another large party we were the only people in there.

Food and service were very good - considering my friend and I were the ONLY people in the entire restaurant for 90% of our time there. TT deal is very good adn value for money, but I am very unimpressed with the 2.50 GBP seating charge for what - I have no idea! I normally would have requested that be removed, but my friend begged me not to say anything! For this reason, I will not go back, out of principal.
