Description of Georgetown - London Bridge
Georgetown brings together food from Malaysia, China and the Tamil Indians. The menu is varied and imaginative with unusual combinations of flavours and textures from all around the Far East. Fish meat and poultry are mixed with firey and aromatic spices. By contrast the London Bridge restaurant with its parlour palms, cut crystal and rattan chairs, has a distinctly refined, colonial feel. The room itself is light and spacious and, as you sip your Singapore Sling you could almost feel like a character from a Somerset Maugham novel.

Additional information for Georgetown - London Bridge

Georgetown - London Bridge Reviews

After eating at the Georgetown in Stratford we were really hoping that the London restaurant could live up to the amazing meal we had there a few months ago. It was NYE and therefore a set menu - 4 courses with a glass of bubbly and some funny party hats too. There was of course a limited choice of food but everything we tasted we loved and we will definately go back to try the regular menu. My only complaints are the boring desserts - either xmas pud or fruit salad and it was a bit cold too.

Georgetown London Bridge - five of us had their special offer menu...good value for money. Dessert option wasn't very popular though. Very quiet for a Saturday night so not much ambience going on but it was 2 days after New Year! Worth a go.

This was the second time here and as good as I'd remembered it. Great food, well presented in good time. Will be back again soon.

Christmas eve was a very quite night at Georgetown, so it was somewhat lacking in atmosphere / ambience. Food fine, very tasty but dessert choice was limited and not that appealing. Waiting staff very efficient.
