Fantastic experience. Our guests loved the well-prepared food and relaxing ambience. Well recommended!

This restaurant is situated in a rather unusual location - but what it lacks in location, it definitely makes up for with the food - salt marsh lamb was superb, as was the duck & pea ravoli. Service very attentive an friendly. Just make sure that you ask to sit downstairs, at the back of the restaurant though.

We all enjoyed the evening at Il Convivio. Food was great as was service. Restaurant was perhaps quieter that the norm, probably due to time of year. Would go again.

Il Convivio is a good italian restaurant- great wine list. Our service was excellent and generally the food was excellent - particulalry the lobster linguine as a starter . However the steak main course ordered as medium rare was overcooked - and at best was medium. Go for an earlier booking - the restaurant was nearly empty by 11pm as everyone had dined and dashed by then.

I have never had a bad meal at Il Convivo and last night's experience was even more satisfying than usual. I love this restaurant. My only caveat is given these belt tightening times, I wish they would do one set meal at dinner time--I would eat there more often.

Il Convivio has never let me down. My only wish is in these difficult financial times, they would add one reasonably priced set meal to the menu. Otherwise, the food, the service and the lovely room provide consistent delight.

Il Convivio offers very classy Italian cuisine and an excellent Italian focussed wine list. In summer with the roof retracted it is delightful

My boss and I have just had lunch at Il Convivio. I've heard great things...and they are all true! The wine was gorgeous, the parma ham devine and the fish, perfectly cooked. The only downside was the jack hammer, which was continuous throughout lunch, at the building site next door, though hardly the restaurant's fault and wouldn't have been so noticeable if it hadn't been such a beautiful day as the sky light was open! Would definitely return. Well done!

Il Convivio offers excellent food and a great atmosphere. The wine list is very varied and I would highly recommended for business lunches.

Il Convivio continues kepping the high standards. The food is consistently good and the setting is very pleasant, with plenty of light coming from the glass roof.

II Convivio was a pleasant experience. The service was good and the food was tasty. I thought it was a touch overpriced for what it was but then you are in Belgravia. I would go back for the food but not unless it was on TT discount.

Il Convivio is a favourite stable of my boss. He again had one of his informal business meetings there. The staff are friendly and very professional. The food as always was great.

lovely food - especially the beef.... nice setting restaurant really is airy, warm and friendly but let down slightly by noises of building work next door during lunch.

Decent food but overpriced for what it is - £25 for a very simple fish main course ... would not go back

For the first time at this restaurant, I was very pleased with the whole experience, and above all the food.
We do intend to return.

Tucked away in Belgravia, Il Convivio is simply superb. The wine list and a la carte menu excellent and the service attentive. Try the Nero d'Avola Scurati.

Il Convivio is a charming, light, airy Italian in Belgravia which wasn't very busy surprisingly on a weekday lunchtime. Good fish and chicken dishes. Tasty.

The fixed price lunch is very good value at Il Convivio and the food was packed with flavour and well presented. Wine by the glass was excellent and obviously well kept. The glass ceiling at the back of the restaurant made even a dull rainy day cheerful.

great atmosphere, food very slow to arrive so much so we had drunk our bottle of wine which they overcharged for,
would give it a second chance due to atmosphere
