Overall I liked dinner at Le Cercle a lot: Nice atmosphere, friendly service and great-tasting and beautifully presented food. Tapa-size portions allow to try out a variety of tastes. Two suggestions: In hindsight I would not share if you are more than two, it gets a bit awkward. Also the noise level gets a relatively high around 9pm when the restaurant is full.

Went to Le Cercle for wedding anniversary -the thoughts of lots of small & different dishes & matching wines sounded really appealing.
Generally fantastic food disappointingly let down by the main beef dish. First few dishes were amazing & matched magnificently with the wines. Veal & black pudding in particular were fantastic.
Would we go back? Maybe not. However, had the main been as good as starters and deserts we'd be back.

Lunch is exceptionally good value - four courses, not too large, just great. Try it!

Le Cercle was an amazing experience. The venue first of all is pretty modern, the set up is really nice black ceilings and white curtains, and the wooden tables give a really social and friendly feel. We were 4 and enjoyed every minute. The food were fantastic, the foie gras, the jarret de veau, the black cod, you can try EVERYTHING! The sommelier recommended great wines, the Coteaux des baux was well balanced and a great choice. An amazing experience, we all loved it, I'm still high on it!

We ordered 4-course "Tapas" Lunch(19 pounds). Lean stylish basement restaurant. Really enjoyed their beautifully presented small dishes. Each portions are tiny but I felt full as my choice of cheese ravioli, monkfish, beef and apple pie were quite rich(my friend was not happy with her choice, left there feeling still hungry). Great value with coffee included. Service is good but It would be nicer if they smile a bit. Convenient for Cadogan Hall.

Technically speaking, the food is very well executed. Very creative and interesting. However, the flavours were not overwhelming and although an enjoyable meal, not stand out in any sense.

Very welcoming, top rate service, food very good but portions a bit small, ambience spoilt by lack of other diners.
Certainly recommended especially for pre theatre dinner.

Le Cercle -tapas-style French food, great for trying lots of dishes, and for sharing with friends/partners. Really well presented and well designed dishes, and a great concept. Service is excellent (they can recommend the best order to have your dishes/best wines to have with each stage etc), and the layout/design of the restaurant and bar is very well presented -lots of dark leather and glass. Recommended!

My second visit, this time for lunch. Food and service both very good - atmosphere relaxing after a morning shopping.

We had a great evening at Le Cercle-- there was a great variet delicious tapas-sized dishes. We loved the smoked beef onglet, the foie gras, and the scallops. Definitely expensive, however. It's not a particularly cozy place but it has a nice feel. I

Le Cercle is a sophisticated venue with the food, decor and clientele all accurately labelled as such. The food is well presented, though portions are small. The price can be steep.
