The Singapore Chinese Restaurant offers a good range of Chinese restaurant favourites such as chilli beef, sweet and sour pork, lemon chicken etc along with a few more genuine dishes. We had the steamboat which was very good.

- Barbecued spare ribs (meaty ribs marinated in soya sauce, sherry, herbs and spices and served with a delicious barbecue sauce) £4.90- Chicken satay (strips of chicken seasoned with delicate spices and honey, charcoal grilled and served with a peanut sauce) £4.90
- Crispy aromatic duck (tenderised in spices and then crispy fried. Served with spring onions, cucumbers, a specially blended plum sauce and pancakes) £9.50
- Spring rolls (bean sprouts and shredded bamboo shoots deep fried in an egg pastry wrapping) £4.50
