Fantastic. Though we were 40 mins late, and were using the half price food offer (which might invite second-class treatment), they fell over themselves to be helpful and accommodating. I'm not a foodie, but my lamb was delicious, and my girlfriend enjoyed her salad. Deducted some points for a couple of menu items not being available, and I'm not a fan of a normal-sized meal on a massive plate, as it feels less satisfying. But generally great, brilliant service, so an overall ten.

Service, as always, very good in Stanza. The 50% off Top Table menu was very thin on choice (fish and chips not available last night) and the portions were quite small. Not good value at full price and, as others have mentioned, the service charge is added to the full price before the deduction and £2 charity donation also added. A bit cheeky! But still a good evening out and a great location.

There is something not quite right about Stanza but I can't quite decide what. The service was friendly & attentive (though not very prompt, especially given there were few other diners, plus we had a fiasco with the bill). Food was good and good value with the 50% off. But the ambience was a bit odd. Not due to lack of diners, the layout of the restaurant perhaps. I can't rate it badly, but I probably won't go for dinner again (just a drink maybe) with so many other places nearby.

My friends and I had a wonderful meal at Stanza. The staff were friendly and helpful and we had a great ottle of wine. Will definitely go there again. The 50% off food was fantastic.

This was my third visit to Stanza as my first two visits were so enjoyable. Unfortunately this time was disapointing - both mains (fish and chicken) were overcooked and there were no blackberries in the apple and blackberry crumble. We were the only two dining at the time. It would be very expensive without the TT deal and the food def wasn't up to it. I still really love the decor and the service but I think they need to sort out there vision/concept.

Stanza was as nice on my second visit as the first. The restauarnt was not too busy and the music was muted so it was easy to have a conversation with my guest during the meal. The service was friendly and attentive and the food good with good choices from the menu. The wine list has some good choices at reasonable prices.

Stanza was a nice smart venue. The food was lovely but the service below average. We wer not made aware of any offers (advertised in the toilets) by our waiter. We had to order quite expensive wine because the first five (cheapest) requested were out of stock - as was all ice cream except strawberry! The manager did (after our complaint) refund us the extra money we spent on wine , which was very decent. Beware that bar and restaurant drinks prices differ, so take apero in the bar.

Quiet night in the restaurant as there were only two other tables apart from us, but food and service were both excellent and we were able to use the cloak room free of charge!

Food was very good. Seabass was excellent and fish and chips very good. Good value with toptable offer- probably a little overpriced without it.

Don't eat at Stanza if you are in a hurry. We made the mistake of trying to eat before going to the theatre but it took 35 minutes to provide a main course. We perhaps didn't make it absolutely clear to them about our deadline but they just didn't seem to be in a hurry to do anything. Food was OK but overpriced without the 50% off the food offer and not much of a choice either.

Stanza Restaurant is a great place to go before a night at the theatre. The service was superb, everyone was very friendly and the food came quickly. The theatre menu is good value for money although they do charge for the bread which was not very good quality, other than that i loved it and would definitely go again.
