Description of TGI Fridays, Haymarket
We've taken Friday's so completely to our hearts over here in Blighty that we've almost forgotten it's an American import. The relentlessly cheery staff, the blinding cocktails, the novel-sized menu, the kiddies' goodies, the boppable music all add up to a guaranteed good time. There are odd collectables stashed all around the place, rowing sculls, stuffed bears, model aeroplanes, old advertising ephemera, to serve as a million little conversation starters. The staff can deal with any kind of diner with bright efficiency, from too-tired-to-cook after-workers to up-for-it nights-out groups to folk who need a speedy bite before the curtain goes up. Everyone has their favourite dish on the menu, try terrific burgers dripping with trimmings or tex-mex concoctions or light and healthy stir-fries. Come casually dressed and prepared to have fun.

Good tasty food in a lively environment- only complaint is food came out cold but staff were happy to resolve this quickly.

Excellent food and service. Glad I booked through toptable, there is always a massive waiting list if you just turn up there. Highly recommended!

Good food but quite pricey, no set menu deals, shared starter between 3, 3 mains & bottle of wine was over £80
