As always the Lavender restaurant served up excellent meals. Clean plates all round!

The food at the Lavender was excellent - I had the roast beef and would thoroughly recommend it. Service was excellent and the staff were most accomodating with our constantly changing numbers and were excellent with our friends' children - thanks guys!

The Lavedar we had al fresco dinning which was great for a sturday evening. Service was slow and my starter was incorrect. After that service improved slightly but overall not entriely happy

Atmosphere in the Lavender was lovely and cosy. Wine was great, service firendly and the food good and solid. I had nicely cooked sea bream on a huge bed of stir fried noodles and veg and the toulouse sausages and mash were good too. It was a shame we could see into the kitchen though. I suspected that the puds were microwaved... The food isn't spectacular but tastes fresh and hearty. A good neighbourhood gastropub/casual restaurant. Quite romantic too.

I hadn't been to the Lavender in years and was worried it wouldn't be as nice, but it was still as great as ever, yummy food and great atmosphere... I just love this place!

The Lavender is a great local restaurant with fabulous staff and tasty food, a good wine list and a nice atmosphere. The only downside is the grim loo!

I took my parents and boyfriend to The Lavender in Battersea and was a little disappointed with the menu available compared to my previous visit. Saying this my parents enjoyed their steak however my risotto was quite bland. The service was very good and the wine great value. I will venture there again as I know the menu is ever changing and it is local to where I live. Toni Borrell

We had a great night which is probably why they kicked us out on closing! I always enjoy the food and the atmosphere is relaxed.

The Lavender is a favourite meeting place to catch up with friends for food and drink. Once again good fare and service.

Friendly, welcoming service. They reserved one of the best outdoor tables for us, which was great, and had a good selection of ready chilled beers and wines, which were needed in the hot weather!

We had a family dinner at the Lavender. Nice place, although the seats were rock hard. Food was nice but many items on the menu were unavailable. That said, it was a good night and I would go back again.
