A very relaxed evening with friends - good food which we enjoyed sharing, pity the service was so erratic - not enough staff on a busy Friday evening!

Visited The Real Greek for an informal business lunch . It was ideal for the purpose, quiet, pleasant service from staff who left us to ourselves. We ate a selection of hot and cold starters, which arrived prettily served in a little cake stand. They were pleasant, fresh herbs and good taramasalata, but bread was lukewarm. Perfectly good for what I wanted and very handy for Baker St tube.

The Real Greek service and food was great. A good broad choice from the menu and the waiter knew the food well enough that they were able to accommodate my 'no onions please, they make me ill' request; not a common occurance.
I think it could get quite pricey if you want a substantial dinner, since the little dishes to share build up, but for a light dinner, it's great.
Real taramasalata (NOT luminous pink!). Worth it just for that.

The Real Greek was a really pleasant lunch time restaurant on route to Madame Tussauds!

The service at the Real Greek Marylebone was really bad and the staff were really rude. It's a shame because this is a nice venue and the food was great.

The Real Greek, Marylebone. Food was delicious and plentiful. Very good value. Tables are a little close together. Staff are helpful.

Was very impressed with the Real Greek in Marylebone. We went on a sunday at 3 so it was quiet in there, soft music in the background set the mood, food was spot on, it was my first time at a Greek restaurant and this experience would definitely make me return.

My daughter and I had an amazing meal at The Real Greek on Saturday night. We had planned a meze before we went but did not expect the variations that we were offered. I suspect they were regional variations. Only downside were the directions, would have liked to be told nearest tube line etc. However we did eventually find them and it was really worth the extra walking.

The Real Greek in Marylebone, provided a great setting for a catch up with university budies. the food was tasty and well presented, and priced according to style. A genuinely relaxed atmosphere, gave the impression of the hosts wanting you to have a good time. Service could be improved, our table was set for 8 when there was ten guests and spare wine glasses had to be used for the water tumblers which were mistakenly taken away. for something different where you can laugh out loud this is good

I saw The Real Greek - Marylebone reviewed in one of the free London Papers a little while ago and as a lover of Greek food thought I would try it out with my other half. We went on a Friday night and I booked Friday morning, and by the looks of it we were lucky to get a seat even eating at 6pm! The hummus and other starters were really tasty and we ordered a meat sharer for main course. Although it didn't look like much it was just the right amount for the two of us although I would have liked a wider selection of dishes. The service was friendly although I thought they took a little time to bring out the starters. That may have just been my perception as I was so hungry! Overall the Real Greek is a good solid restaurant and worth a visit for Greek food lovers and those wanting to try something new. The only downside is the amount of food for your money. We only spent £38 which is very reasonable, but I have been to a number of Greek restaurants where the Meze is cheaper with a larger selection of dishes.
