Very good service. Pretty good food. Expensive though - £6 for water is pretty steep! Pretty easy to spend over £100 per head.

Meal at the Rib Room was excellent; we had the roast beef and it was amazing; cooked perfectly and presentation was exquisite. I have to say the service at this restaurant is on the best I've had - very friendly, conversive and very polite.

I have always like Rib's Room: good food, nice atmosphere and prime location. It is a bit expensive though without the toptable offer. But I would highly recommend the restaurant.

Exellent Food, Exellent Service - it was pricey but worth every penny, probably the best steak in London. They cooked our steak perfectly. The only downside I saw was that the overall decor is that of a hotel. You knew you were in a hotel restaurant. Besides that everything was fantastic.

The Rib Room gave us a fantastic evening for our wedding anniversary. The staff were superb and couldn't have done more for us. The special offer is brilliant, something we would do again.

Great evening-onece we were able to get a drink. Short on bar staff - plently of restaurant staff.Food good -but smoked salmon trimmings disapointing not as good as the Ritz- Goats cheese had no parmasan shavings with it! Main course good except roast potatoes with the beef. Steak good but expensive for the portion size. All in all very good but very expensive.Have been before but not for a while and the prices sure have sshot up.

Absolutely great! Fantastic food, plus lots of extras we didn't expect - wine, crispy beef, petit fours... a great dining experience.

the rib room is reknowned for its beef so we were a little dissappointed to find the top table menu had a choice of fish chicken or pork Also the starters had only 3 choices of which one was black pudding so I dont think the meal we had was the one I would have normally chosen there

The Rib Room was lovely, with the food was great. We had the offer of 2 courses for £24. This reduced the price considerably and the food was still lovely. The service was incredible with 4 waitors making sure we were ok, they spoke to us enough to cater for us but not too much that we were annoyed. I would haghly recommend this restaurant.

The Rib Room is absolutly fabulous. The Toptable deal is very good value as it includes a large glass of very good quality wine. The staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly and charming - best service in London. Go now when the deal is on!

we had lunch at the rib room on sat and it was simply superb. we took advantage of 2-course for 25 pounds so it was a terrific value as well. i thought the service was impeccable and i was overall impressed. i would like to return soon.

The Rib Room at Carlton Towers is a delight. The food is the most wonderful and the service is impeccable: the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. This has become our favorite for every London visit, and this time it was better than ever.
