The Three Bridges Restaurant was good for value and location would visit again!

The Three bridges is one of the most authentic Italian restaurants in London; don't expect spaghetti Bolognese or Americano pizzas on the, excellent seasonal produce focused, menu. The service is friendly and exact, the wine list is of a good size but features exclusively Italian wine. All in all an excellent restaurant, if it were in central London it would no doubt be a big hit but I fear it's slightly out of the way location will hamper it's success.

Everything about The Three Bridges was satisfying, especially considering its lower price. Our meals were fine for what we paid. The starters A . Mains; Lamb shank was nice, needed more richness. The sea bass tiny & slightly dry it didnt match a chorizo side. Next time I got I will definatly opt more for the delicious looking Pizza's which I now wish I had chosen and was teased with the scent off all night. What made the night however was the staff and Maitrode - they were supurb. will go again!

third visit to the three bridges and I was astonished by the fact they renewated the toilets and built an american bar instead of the pizzeria. the result is very good looking and the food remains up to the standards and go even higher.well done to them

The restuarant lived up to expectations. The service was wonderful and the food was decent. The main and starter were slightly salty however i believe that is how the dish was meant to taste. I would strongly recommend the three bridges for small groups on a relaxed evening or two people on a more intimate meeting. the staff were wonderful and the wine list was extensive. Overall a very good evening.

Eating out midweek is likely to become an increasingly solitary experience in these straitened times and dining at Three Bridges Restaurant in Battersea on Tuesday evening proved no exception.
The restaurant has recently undergone refurbishment which has been a mixed success. The décor is poor producing a rather cold and functional ambience and to our minds requires urgent attention if they are to attract the sort of clientele who can afford their prices. My partner has spent time living in Italy and there is nothing of the cosy atmosphere and Italian exuberance which one finds in that country.....more candlelight, less rather nasty top lights and some Italian music!
We couldn't fault the service, overseen by the patron, which was not only efficient but friendly.
The food was of excellent quality, fresh ingredients and freshly cooked. For starters I had a broccoli puré topped with tomato stock which was interesting and well constructed and my partner had velvety pumpkin soup overlaid with melted gorgonzola which she said was delicious. My entrée of two slices of medium cut pork in a fine sauce set off with small sprig of rosemary and my partner's swordfish were good as far as they went but the swordfish came initially with no vegetables and the pork with a modest rocket and parmazan salad.
Minimalist fare we thought at generous prices, an impression only slightly allayed by complimentary glasses of dessert wine. With a couple of standard glasses of wine and after the service charge there was no change from £60 - appreciably more than your advertised £24 a head average cost of a meal.

I went with my fiance' and a couple of friends to The Three Bridges yesterday for dinner. I was the only Italian in the group and I have to say this was one of the most authentic italian food experiences I had in London. Very good food, great wine and fantastic value for money. The service was attentive and great fun. Only regret not having left a bit of space for the desert! I will definitely go back.

Went to 3 bridges with colleagues from work for our monthly 'pranzo italiano'. The food is authentic Italian made with genuine products and of high standards. The service impeccable and it was refreshing to see that the business is run by Italians with Italian passion. The restaurant would gain a better reputation by slightly increasing the portions and including a small side dish. It is slightly pricey, most likely justified by a not very large turnover. What about having a cheaper lunch menu?

Whenever I've walked past the Three Bridges restaurant, it has always seemed empty, but as it received good ratings, I thought I'd give it a whirl! The only reason I think it isn't busier is its prices. The staff are wonderful, with faultless service. So friendly and helpful, I'd definately go back and I'd definately recommend it. The food was absolutely delicious as well although I probably could have eaten more! If it was slightly cheaper, I'd definately become a regular.

Tuesday lunchtime is probably not the best time to eat at the Three Bridges. I suspect the chef was off work. While the quality of the food was very good, the cooking was unimaginative and forgettable. It's a great pity as the patron and the waitress were very attentive and the wine list very attractive.

The Three Bridges is a secret that you must discover for yourselves! Hidden away from the world near Battersea Park station its location does not do it justice (it would not look out of place in Knightsbridge!). I dined there for my birthday with a couple of friends and the service we received was remarkable. The owner, Antonio made the food come alive with his descriptions and the waitress was very well trained. I fantastic eating experience.

The Three Bridges is everything you could hope of from an Italian restaurant, the hosts are warm effusive and welcoming, the food is home made, beautifully presented and without fail absolutely gorgeous.
It's just reopened following renovation and as a result was a little quiet, but following this meal, we'll be looking to go back soon and frequently.
The staff are a little hit and miss, but any elements of poor service were very swiftly compensated for.

A great find! A well above average meal, with a very interesting menu and a short but good wine list. The staff could not have been more welcoming or attentive. The truffle ice cream is quite stunning!

What a wonderful evening we've had at the Three Bridges this evening. Our party of 6 agreed that we'd not had such a good meal in a long long time. The restaurant's not cheap but the quality of food is so high that this is very good value for money. The Black Truffle pasta (recommended by proprietor Antonio) was truly amazing ('tis the season for truffles apparently), and the chocolate fondant pudding was absolutely to die for - melting middle perfection! We'll definitely be going back.

The dinner for 4 at the Three Bridages in Battersea was absolutely excellent, the food was imaginative and delicious (and the truffles were sublime!!!), excellent wines chosen by the owner, who was delightful, friendly, helpful and entertaining throughout. The whole experience was aurthentically Italian and we can't wait to go again.
