Description of The Windsor Castle
Occupying prime Crown Estate land on the fringe of Regent's Park, this bow fronted Nash building has been a pub since the 1840s. A bright spark has now transformed it into a gorgeous venue for those wanting a more relaxed change from Marylebone's bars and restaurants. Post-makeover, high walls are decorated with gilt mirrors and beautiful Cole & Son wallpaper. A bar menu is available courtesy of ex-Odette's chef, Clive Yeates, who works best with food mile-friendly British and European produce. Regulars are affluent locals, members of Maida Vale and St John's Wood sets, and (mature) students from the nearby London Business School.

This sophisticated restaurant conversion just a stroll away from the boating lake in Regent's Park has 50 covers, suitable for both business and private events such as Christmas parties, family get-togethers and birthdays. Exclusive hire would allow you to host a top-notch event for 30 to 50 guests, or a reception for 50 to 120. Alternatively, you could hire the main dining area for up to 50 seated, 80 standing. The mezzanine overlooking the bar can hold receptions of 15 to 25 people. Excellent wine list and some beautiful Italian magnums. Air-conditioned. Open seven days a week.
