Description of Trinity

Trinity restaurant in London's trendy Clapham ticks all the foodie boxes: brilliant cooking, a pedigree chef and a modestly elegant dining room that's comfortable for nearly everyone. Two of us went to Trinity and had the tasting menu with accompanying wines. Absolutely wonderful food, and really fascinating wine. Service was lovely, and charming, but we could have done with a little more time between courses! Toilets are lovely but FREEZING cold!!

Had the tasting menu which is absolutely fantastic. The Watercress soup is to die for and could have happily had another one! Only crit is that was recommended some wines by the carafe which I accepted and they both turned out to be more expensive that any on the menu (!) - should offer the price of them when suggesting as in typical british fashion, I didn't ask! Other than that the service was impeccable, pitched exactly right and we were made to feel like VIPs! n.b the loos were baltic!!

The service at Trinity was exquisite and the food was delicious. The menu choice was fairly limited however what was there could not really be faulted. We will certainly be recommending it to friends and returnig ourselves.

Trinity is a truly top notch restaurant, with an innovative menu, great wine list and good service. It's not cheap, but you certainly won't be disappointed.

Trinity lunch menu is fantastic value - and its on for life, not just for Christmas. The choice of food on the menu was the best I have seen on a set menu and I just regretted that it was too early for a digestif. Perhaps next time I will make sure I don't have reason to leave early.

Excellent restaurant. The food was fantastic and set lunch menu great value for money. Booze was quite pricey though.
