We had a company lunch for 10. The food was generally OK, not exceptional but overall represented good value for money. The staff were very helpful if a little stretch - that said it was Christmas and the place was full.

2nd visit to Tuttons & we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We ate from the Theatre menu this time which had a good choice of dishes & was excellent value for money. Will definately be going back!!

Fopod and service was good as usual - very quiet for Christmas Eve so lacked Christmas atmosphere...

BS reviewed Tuttons Brasserie on 16/09/2008

On a quiet Tuesday lunchtime, Tutton's was still half-full, and the service and food were uniformly excellent. We still received our meals quickly and beautifully cooked, but were allowed to linger. The menu is relatively short but there is sufficient variety that veggie or meat-eater can still find something good to eat. The rhubarb creme brulee was splendid and highly recommended.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Both the food and the service were very good and I would have no hesitation in going back. The only issue was that I would have preferred to have had a bit more room around the table - we did feel a bit squashed in.

Tuttons Brasserie 31st December - 5 adults, 2 children

Excellent attentive service, despite being extremely busy.
Food also excellent - plenty of choice - children loved their sausages!
We have been lots of times and will go back lots of times!!!

It took 15 minutes to get the bill. This is not acceptable as I missed my train and had to wait 50 for the next. I when I asked for the bill I expect to get the bill quickly

I had dinner at Tutton's Brasserie early on Saturday evening with 7 women friends and we were all impressed with the quality of the food. The Christmas decor added to the general buzz; it was an ideal venue for our group and the service was very good. I used to eat here years ago and this is my first visit for a long time but I will certainly be returning.

At short notice the party size was increased from 6 to 12, reservation staff made enquiries of availability and rapidly called abck to confirm that it was acceptable and our table was ready when we arrived 15 mins early. The staff were most helpful and, although the restaurant was busy on Saturday night, were most attentive and supportive to our less abled guest. The food was excellent, well presented and full of flavour, there were only clean plates left! Wines were reasonably priced and good

We'd booked the Christmas menu but when we got there we were told that it wasn't available. Apart from that good

Tuttons is one of my favourite places and on a relatively quiet Tuesday evening, it lived up to its record. The food consisted of fresh, high quality ingredients simply but well cooked, the service was friendly and efficient, and because it was relatively quiet, we were allowed plenty of time over our meal. This is somewhere you can take anyone, from family, to friends to business colleagues - throguhly recommended.

Tuttons is an old favourite and the food and service is always very good. Micheal is a great waiter that looks after us very well.

Our table was in the window overlooking Covent Garden. It was tastefully decorated for Christmas and had a good atmosphere from entering. Friendly and efficient waiter.

Tuttons proved to be a great choice on Boxing Day. Great food, atmosphere.

BS reviewed Tuttons Brasserie on 03/12/2008

Tuttons lived up to its usual high standard. I find it a venue where I can take family, friends or work colleagues with equal ease. In this case, a work colleague and I had an unhurried, well-cooked meal, with good service which was responsive but not pushy. Not cheap but good value. Thoroughly recommend.

Emma Sherwood-Smith reviewed Tuttons Brasserie on 04/10/2008

Great food at Tuttons, would definitely recommend, particualrly on the top table deal as it really is great value. Be sure to mention the deal when you book though - they can be funny (and reluctant) to give you the 'theatre' menu unless you specifically ask for it. Not surprisesing though, it features dishes fropm the main menu (try the fishcakes) at half the menu price.
