Description of Volt Restaurant
Ever-popular Volt Restaurant in London's Victoria understands the old adage, "a little bit...often." Born of the same family as Lebanese super-star, Noura, Volt has taken the mezze concept and applied to Italian favourites - perfect for those who wish they could just try everything. Formerly of Al Duca, Chef Giovanni Andolfi creates smaller versions of Italian classics, and it works like a charm. For maximum option impact, try one of the sharing menus which brings a selection of three salad, three antipasti and three pasta mezzes. Could there really be a better way to dine with a group of friends or family?

The starters were of a low standard. The fillet of beef was very good. The sorbet was average. I would be very upset to pay full price for the gourmet menu.

Hi
If you plan to have a fun evening in a posh, classy place, then Volt is the place for you.

But DO NOT go there just for the TT deal. Its only applicable for the very expensive gourmet menu. We couldnt eat much after having downed 3 £10 cocktails each. (Which werent discounted). Also by the time we got to coffee (which was included in the gourmet menu price) we couldnt get any because the kitchen was closed.

Again, absolutely go there for a couple of beers. Have some mezze as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our night out at the Volt Restaurant, near Victoria. The food was superb - my fish was cooked to perfection, and the chocolate dessert was lovely and warming. It would be lovely to see a toptable deal with wine included!

Volt is a great restaurant; lovely food, attentive service, and the most amazing toilets! We had the most fantastic steak we've ever eaten. Wonderful place - we'll be back!

We took advantage of the 50% off deal to try out Volt. The food was great and varied, the toilets unique and ambiance quite funky. I don't think I would have tried Volt if it hadn't been for the 50% off deal and glad that I did.

The only down side to the evening was a brash waiter. Faultless food and ambience.

The Volt certainly serves authentic and beautiful freshly produced food. Great service and a pleasure to have the Manager chat with you too. Drinks rather expensive. Apart from that and me being the oldest person there we had a pleasant experience. Amazing toilets - must visit! Certainly well recommended establishment. Hint - if there are two of you and you are taking up the Gourmet TT offer make sure you arrive hungry! LOL

We went to Volt for a friends Hens dinner, she wanted something intimate and sophisticated and we had the Cognac room. The service was fantastic and the food plentiful and ery delicious. The wne was pricey with cheapest around £28 but very good wine. We had the 50% off gourmet menue and would defenitely recomend it highly.
