Description of Zonzo
Zonzo restaurant is a bit of true Italia right in London. Here's some friendly advice - only come to Zonzo if you're ready for a superb Italian experience in a family-style setting at a price that won't upset your pocket. The stucco walls, wooden seating, Sicilian mural, and authentically warm welcome all set the tone for pure enjoyment. Signature dishes include Napoleonic pizzas from the wood-fired oven and the myriad pastas, especially the tagliatelle and the lasagne Zonzo style. The regional Italian wines match the vibrant flavours perfectly.

Zonzo Reviews

anon reviewed Zonzo on 31/12/2008

We booked for New Year at Zonzo at £39.95 each for 3 courses and a glass of champagne. The soup was excellent but my partner's calamari was very poor (no real seasoning). The mains were King Prawn tagliatelle which was well received and a sirloin steak in a fairly cold sauce which was below average. Deserts were both reasonably good. Although New Year, the eventual £60 per head with 1 btl. of house wine seemed excessive. The toilets are notably poor! A dubious location and tough to recommend...

I read other reviews and decided to take my friends for Xmas party here. The service at Zonzo was outstanding, the food selection was excellent and the wine list reasonably priced. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal with a relaxed atmosphere.
